Dr. Joseph A. Rosenbaum, the founder of Precision Hand and Wrist, is a board-certified, fellowship-trained hand specialist. He trained at the prestigious Mary S. Stern Hand Surgery Fellowship under the tutelage of a legendary team of hand surgeons.
